Terms of Service
These Terms form an agreement between you and DV8 Network when you create an account or use DV8.
1. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate another person, evade an enforcement action, automate account creation or permit a minor to access DV8.
2. Community participation
You must follow the Community Standards. Consent, respect and personal boundaries are mandatory. You may not use DV8 for harassment, exploitation, threats, scams, illegal activity, trafficking, commercial sexual services, non-consensual activity or content involving minors.
DV8 is a platform for adults to connect; it is not a party to member interactions or meetings. Use the Safety Centre and exercise independent judgement.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give DV8 a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display and moderate that content solely to operate, secure and improve the service. This licence ends when content is deleted, subject to legal, safety and backup retention.
You must have the right and consent to upload content. Never upload intimate imagery of another person without their explicit permission. Public profile content must remain suitable for a moderated public profile area.
4. Safety and moderation
We may use automated screening and human review, investigate reports, restrict content, warn members, suspend features or terminate accounts. Automated tools are not perfect. Members must report prohibited content and immediately stop engaging where safety is at risk.
Blocking limits interaction within DV8 but cannot control conduct outside the service. For emergencies, contact local emergency services.
5. Privacy, location and age verification
Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of information. Nearby features use location to calculate approximate proximity; exact coordinates are not intentionally displayed to other members. Age verification is conducted with AgeVerif, which operates under its own terms and privacy information.
6. Memberships and platform purchases
Any paid feature will display its price, duration and renewal terms before purchase. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also governed by that platform’s payment and cancellation rules. Unless law requires otherwise, used subscription periods are not refundable.
7. Service availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features to maintain safety, security or legal compliance. We do not promise uninterrupted service, specific matches, responses, relationships or outcomes.
8. Ending the agreement
You may permanently delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for breaches, risk to others, legal requirements or prolonged inactivity. Serious safety violations may result in immediate action.
9. Responsibility and disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DV8 is provided “as is”. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence. You remain responsible for your conduct, content and decisions to meet or communicate with others.
Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern. The laws and mandatory consumer protections applicable to you remain available regardless of these Terms.

Questions can be submitted through in-app support or to support@dv8.network. We will date material revisions and request renewed acceptance where appropriate.
