Delete your DV8 account
You can initiate permanent deletion from the web app on any supported device. You do not need to install a mobile app.
Permanent means permanent. Account deletion cannot be undone. If you only want a break, sign out or enable Incognito Mode instead.
Delete online
- Open DV8 and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Expand Security.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review both warnings and confirm permanent deletion.
What is deleted
The active account record, profile, uploaded profile photos, messages, connections, blocks, views, device links, encryption keys and associated service data are removed. Reports or limited security and legal records may be retained where required to protect people, prevent abuse, resolve disputes or comply with law. Backup copies expire through normal protected backup rotation.
Cannot access your account?
First use password recovery from the sign-in screen. If that is not possible, request assisted deletion at support@dv8.network from the email address registered to the account. Include your display name. We will verify ownership before taking action.
